Isabel Sachs
FounderIsabel is the founder of I LIKE NETWORKING.
A creative entrepreneur and public speaker with 20 years of experience in arts, culture & entertainment, passionate about bringing diverse talent into the creative industry - from artists to arts managers.
She has worked on a variety of non-profits, culture organizations and consumer-led companies, conceptualizing and producing branded experiences that engage core consumers, as well as communications campaigns, having worked with clients such as Converse, Lipton, Red Bull and Lollapalooza, amongst others.
She created and sold an award-winning cultural agency, based in Brazil, producing over 50 events a year including international tours, and managing a roster of artists and a theatre company.
Her impact work has been recognised by the D&Ad awards, The Lovie Awards and The Dots, and she was listed as one of the top 21 most influential women by Startups Magazine.Isabel is also a Trustee at Migrateful

Ronnie Pope
Ronnie is I LIKE NETWORKING’s Content Producer and Manager. She is also a writer and researcher who is reading for a DPhil at the University of Oxford. Her work has been published by Frieze, The BBC, Penguin Random House, Yoko Ono, The Man Repeller, and The Quietus, among others. She is a graduate of King’s College London (MA), Basel University, Switzerland, and is a recipient of the Art Monthly x FVU Michael O’Pray Prize (2021). She is the author of iPhone Notes (If A Leaf Falls Press, 2021).

Petra van den Houten
Petra is Director of Development, Marketing and Communications at Liverpool Biennial. Over the past 25 years Petra has worked extensively with emerging artists, commercial galleries, not-for-profit art organisations, art collectors, and philanthropists in Europe, USA and the Middle East.
Most recently Petra was Head of Major Gifts at the Royal Northern College of Music.
She is a Trustee of the Manchester Art Gallery, a former Associate Director of Christie’s and Deputy Director of Sotheby’s and holds an MA in Art History from Leiden University, The Netherlands.
Lisa Johnson specialises in connecting audiences through music, culture and entertainment.
Her experience includes working with major global brands to deliver entertainment-led campaigns including Pepsi Max x Tomorrowland's Sound of Tomorrow and the Pepsi x UEFA Champions League Final Opening Ceremony and Festival at Fuse, Omnicom’s sport and entertainment specialist agency.
As a project manager and event specialist, Lisa has ten years of experience across various fields, including retail editorial at John Lewis, arts publishing at Afterall, gallery programming at Whitechapel Gallery and educational youth projects at University of the Arts London, where she also gained a BA in Fine Art: Painting.
Lisa is passionate about culture and creativity and how it can amplify the voices of traditionally marginalised people. Her love for pop culture makes her pretty handy in a pop quiz, too.Mafe Miguel has an in-depth knowledge of luxury business having worked with brands like Hermès, Chanel, Gucci, and Chopard in many different countries. With over 12 years of experience in marketing and brand development, she has built a diverse network of content creators and industry experts who trust her insights.
Her passion is scoping like-minded brands or individuals and creating and developing strategic partnerships between them. She holds a Master in Brand Management from Istituto Marangoni in Milan.
Jade Coles is a creative strategist and culture legacy designer whose niche is curating cultural event programmes that resonate with London's creative, forward-thinking audiences.
Jade has over ten years experience in cultural production and event programming and creative collaborations having worked with industry leaders in the hospitality space such as Soho House, The Collective and The Wing, Festivals like Lost Village and a host of startups in the Creative Industries space including Creative Entrepreneurs.co.
Monica Bauer has 10 years of experience working with Marketing and Content Production in companies such as Saatchi & Saatchi Brazil, Rapp Collins, 24 Productions and BBC Creative.
During this time she has worked on a variety of film projects including shorts, features and music videos, developed campaigns and worked in the production of branded content films for brands such as P&G, Honda, New Balance, Nike and Adidas amongst others. Monica sees art and film as a medium for social change and is now working on a personal project that aims to tackle the diversity problem in the TV industry both on and behind the screen.
Ailsa Inglis
Ailsa Inglis is a designer come Creative Recruiter since 2022. She has a wide reaching background that has spanned multiple disciplines including; Design Strategy, Art Direction and Branding. This has taken her around the world, including roles at Wieden Kennedy in Amsterdam, Native Design in London including trips to San Francisco and Portland for user research.
Most recently, she worked at Ensemble, a branding studio in Manchester where she honed her production and branding design portfolio.
