2020-2022

  • 700+ mentees

  • 35k+ online community

  • 10m+ press reach

  • 5000+ event attendees

  • 95% of participants reported a massive increase in confidence after taking part in our events & mentoring scheme

Data gathered by LinkedIn in March 2020 shows that women around the world are 14% – 38% less likely than men to have a strong network.

Networking events can be jarring for many people and inefficient.

We BELIEVE in the power of a strong and collaborative network - one built on our own terms that supports a more inclusive industry.

That's why we created a personalised solution to help everyone achieve their goals, and create a more diverse workforce overall.

What People Are Saying

Whenever the word ‘networking’ was mentioned previously, I chickened out and always looked for a reason not to do it. ILN has helped change that. Because of this programme my career prospects don’t seem so farfetched, and I am so grateful to have been a part of this passionate, creative, wonderful environment.

— Mentee

I LIKE NETWORKING is a powerhouse mentorship program. Isabel Sachs is a superwoman and what she has put together is nothing short of incredible. I have now been part of both cohorts - mentor and mentee - and feel truly privileged to have mentored four exceptional women who will be the next leaders of their industry. I'm very excited to see them continue to grow.

— Mentor

How does it work?

Through our programmes - including workshops, panels, mentoring and membership  - we provide a place for people to connect and meet one another, supporting peer-to-peer mentoring and encouraging a gentle way of networking that fosters collaboration.

The mentoring programme is international, which reflects the global creative sector. Additionally, mentors will expand mentees' network by introducing them to industry peers and demonstrating how best to establish and maintain professional relationships.
