How long does the 1-1 mentoring programme lasts ?↓
Usually four sessions across three months. Exact timings will be accorded between mentor and mentee
What is the problem we are trying to address?↓
The creative industry at large (including the culture industry) suffers from a lack of representation in all aspects, with underrepresented talent facing structural barriers and bias during recruitment, appointment, reward and promotion progresses.
We want to break this cycle and ur mentoring programme is one place to start.
Mentorship can support talent to make the best use of their experience and skills, to instill the confidence, and build the network, necessary to build a happy, healthy, flourishing career. Mentors also gain from the relationship and can become better, more inclusive industry leaders

How is the program different?↓
A lot of mentoring programs are focused on building your own company and while that is great being an entrepreneur is not for everyone. We also believe in the power of connection and how that opens doors to professionals’ lives and also personal growth. In a moment where borders tend to close more and more, we want to push them open, so the mentors will also help mentees in expanding their networks with a solid and individual approach.

How will mentees be selected?↓
An advisory board will short-list candidates. All of the applications are carefully considered and all applicants will be informed if they are successful or unsuccessful.

What will I gain as a mentor? ↓
Self-reflection. Mentoring provides an opportunity to reflect not only on what you have achieved but also on how you got there. Asking questions of a mentee often supports deeper insights on your own learning path and achievements.
Improve communication and leadership skills. Effective managers and leaders need to know how to establish positive, trusted relationships.
Expand connections and networks. Cultivating networks is a critical factor in career success and progression. Mentoring new individuals within your industry provides an opportunity to continue to build your own network as you support your mentees to expand theirs.

Who are the mentors? ↓
Our mentors are established professionals from all areas of the Creative Industries and hailing from various renowned institutions.
The program is international, which languages are offered?↓
Most mentors will lead the sessions in English, however some might be able to lead on their native language. If this is a question, please contact us ahead of submitting the application.
How will I be networking?↓
The programme is primarily remote,online or over the phone, but this will be decided between the mentor and the mentee. The mentors will introduce the mentees to member of their own network that would be able to support the mentee on their career goals.
